Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company in the Sheffield area\n\nRole: Senior NDT Manager\n\nThe Senior NDT Manager (Level 3) will serve as the technical authority for the department, overseeing all NDT activities including Radiographic Testing, Dye Penetrant/Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, and Visual Inspection.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n- Technical Leadership: Developing and approving NDT procedures and ensuring compliance with NAS410 / EN4179 standards.\n- Operational Management: Managing department staffing, production planning, and subcontracted NDT services.\n- Quality & Compliance: Acting as Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS), managing equipment calibration, and coordinating audits.\n- Team Development: Overseeing Level 1 and 2 technicians and apprentices, including performance reviews and training support.\n\nSalary open to discussion
