Travel to international offices as required (Typically 12 times per year)

Remuneration: £65,000 - 85,000neg + Travel Expenses

The role of the Senior Design Manager Faade Systems will involve:

• Senior Design Manager position responsible for the management and design a high quality manufactured range of faade systems for commercial
• Attend design meetings both virtually and in person weekly
• Build, grow and manage an internal team of Designers also working closely with architects, engineers, project managers and clients
• Support both external sales and internal teams, providing technical input and ensuring smooth project delivery
• Develop detailed design specifications for products and projects
• Offer 1st line technical support by telephone, email and occasional site visits
• Support new product launches and exhibitions as and when required
• Review, create and analyse project / product designs

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Design Manager Faade Systems with:

• Must have a technical understanding of the building envelope marker sector open to: facades, cladding, curtain walling, glazing or a closely related product/system.
• Must have people management experience
• Excellent design experience using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit
• Great communication skills
• Ideal to have existing project management experience
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
