They have a rare opportunity to join their car servicing team as a Customer Service Advisor\n\n * The role of the Customer Advisor / Service Advisor is to ensure that customer receives a first-class experience of customer service.

Other aspects include\n\n * Processing customer enquiries\n\n * Deal with customer queries in a timely manner\n\n * Liaise with customers via phone , email and in person\n\n * Booking vehicles in for service and other works\n\n * Other duties needed to support the function of the service division\n\nPrevious Experience / Skills -\n\n * Industry knowledge\n\n * A strong communicator via phone, email and in person\n\n * Some customer service experience\n\n * Proficient IT skills\n\nOur client offers a varied role with progression and training.
